PassReal ("we", "our", "us") operates the passreal.com website and image naturalization service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

• Account information: Your email address, used for authentication and account management.
• Uploaded images: Images you submit for naturalization processing.
• Usage data: Basic request logs (timestamps, processing status) to maintain service reliability. We do not track browsing behavior across third-party sites.

2. How We Process Your Images

When you upload an image, it is processed server-side using our naturalization pipeline. Images are temporarily stored in our secure object storage (S3/MinIO) during processing. We do not use your images to train AI models, and we do not share your images with third parties.

3. Data Retention

Uploaded images and their processed outputs are stored temporarily to allow you to download results. Once processing is complete and you have downloaded your naturalized image, source and output files are automatically deleted from our servers. We do not retain copies of your images beyond the active processing window.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or uploaded images with third parties. We may use essential infrastructure providers (hosting, object storage) to deliver the service, and these providers process data only on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
